MultiGateway acts only as a software and technology platform.
We do not control, verify, or participate in transactions conducted by users.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Their account activities.
- Transactions performed through the platform.
- Compliance with local and international laws.
- Maintaining account security.
- Any API or third-party integrations they use.
- Protecting login credentials and API keys.
3. No Liability for Fraud or Illegal Activities
MultiGateway shall NOT be responsible or liable for any:
- Cyber Crime
- Online Fraud
- Financial Fraud
- UPI Fraud
- Bank Fraud
- Identity Theft
- Money Laundering
- Phishing
- Scam Activities
- Unauthorized Transactions
- Terror Financing
- Fake Merchant Activities
- Crypto-related Fraud
- Chargeback Abuse
- Account Misuse
- Illegal Business Activities
- Tax Evasion
- Any criminal or unlawful activity performed using our services.
Users are fully responsible for their own conduct.
Any misuse of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
4. Compliance with Law
Users agree that they will comply with:
- Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
- Applicable RBI Guidelines
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
- GST Rules
- Income Tax Laws
- All applicable local and international regulations.
5. Account Suspension
MultiGateway reserves the right to:
- Suspend any account.
- Terminate any account.
- Block API access.
- Freeze services.
- Report suspicious activities to authorities.
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
without prior notice if suspicious or illegal activities are detected.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments made to MultiGateway are
FINAL.
No Refund,
No Cancellation,
No Partial Refund,
No Chargeback,
No Credit Adjustment,
shall be provided under any circumstances including but not limited to:
- User mistake.
- Business closure.
- Service suspension due to policy violation.
- Fraud detection.
- Account termination.
- Unused balance.
- API misuse.
- Merchant inactivity.
- Third-party failures.
7. Third-Party Services
MultiGateway may integrate with third-party providers including:
- Payment Gateways
- Banks
- WhatsApp APIs
- SMS Providers
- Email Providers
- Cloud Providers
We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes,
service interruptions,
or losses caused by any third-party service.

developers,
and affiliates from any claims,

damages,
legal actions,
or liabilities arising from the user's misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
MultiGateway may update these Terms & Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the business is registered.
